        Trip Itinerary

*Accommodations are subject to availability; equivalent alternative lodging will be suggested if indicated lodging is not available on desired dates.

You will fly into either Narita International Airport or Haneda International Airport. Grab your stuff and take the Limousine Bus to Tokyo Station. The hotel for the evening, the Tokyo Metropolitan Hotel - Marunouchi*, is a short walk away. After you check in, set out for a bite to eat and/or relax after a long journey.

        Early Morning Excursion (Optional)
Jet lag may have you wide awake at 3:00/4:00 a.m. If you are feeling active enough, one way to make great use of this otherwise inconvenience is to visit Tokyo's famous fish market, which is a quick taxi ride away from the hotel.

        Walking Tour of Tokyo
Absorb the feel and pace of Japan's capital city with a walking (and Metro) tour with your guide. Starting with a walk through Tokyo Station's historic building, head toward the Imperial Palace grounds. Following will be a quick metro ride to Tokyo's largest shrine, Meiji Jingu, followed by a walk down Tokyo's Champs de Lysee, Omotesando. From there, you will take the Metro to Asakusa. In Asakusa, you will tour an older part of Tokyo, centered on the Senso-ji Temple complex and classic shopping arcades. From Asakusa, you will head back to Tokyo Station to pick up your bags.

        Transfer to Hakuba
Once you retrieve your luggage, take a short walk over to Tokyo Station. Ride on the famed bullet train to Nagano station. Transfer to a bus which will take you to your hotel.

        Check in Hakuba Tokyu Hotel*
After checking in grab a bite to eat, relax in the Japanese hot Springs and get ready for the next 5 days of plowing through powder.

Enjoy skiing the Hakuba Valley for the next 3 days. Hakuba Valley is located at the northern end of the spectacular Japan Alps. The resort spreads about 30km from north to south, including 11 individual unique ski resorts you can explore. In winter, the seasonal winds brings annual snowfall of 11 meters.

There are free shuttles that can take you to the various resorts. On Day 2 when you check in, we suggest you take some time to plan the next few days.

Take a break from the slopes to visit the famous snow monkeys at their onsen retreat. The tour will also include a visit to Nagano's largest temple, Zenko-ji, and a sake brewery.

        Explore and Enjoy!

Today is a travel day. Take the arranged bus to Toyama Airport where you will catch a domestic flight to New Chitose Airport in Hokkaido. From there you will hop on a bus that will take you to the Rusutsu Resort Hotel*. Once you check in, grab a bite to eat, relax in the hot springs and get ready for the next 3 days of skiing in the famed Japow.

With over 500 acres of skiable terrain spread over 3 peaks plus physical connection to the conical Mt. Shiribetsu, Rusutsu offers some of the best terrain anywhere. Enjoy your free days in Rusutsu!

The last day of your trip, you will transfer to New Chitose Airport via bus to catch your flight back home!
